Luke is the Creative Director of Wallbreaker and is responsible for transforming initial concepts into fully-fledged video treatments. He can often be found writing scripts to ensure that projects are innovative and imaginative, whilst also still communicating key client messages. On set, Luke works closely with actors to direct engaging performances. He prides himself on being able to collaborate with clients and his team to consistently deliver successful projects.
His foremost motivation as a film director and businessman is to grow Wallbreaker into one of the largest video production companies in the UK.
When Luke isn’t in the office he’s usually getting his hair cut. He also collects Lego and currently owns the Batmobile and Millennium Falcon sets.

As the lead Producer at Wallbreaker, Ash brings organised exactitude and calmness to all stages of preproduction and production. He is responsible for ensuring that all shoots are fully prepared and run smoothly and efficiently. Ash’s politeness is unrivalled, he thrives on meeting with clients and enjoys seeing their projects brought to life through the videos Wallbreaker produces. With his fixation for being organised, Ash will never let a document leave the office unbound. And it doesn’t stop there; Ash’s original interest in film came from editing together Final Fantasy music videos in his early teens, so every now and again you might find him editing client videos too.
Oh and he also likes Titanic… a lot. Swing by our office and see his Lego construction of “the ship of dreams”.

Favourite quote: "I am serious, and don't call me Shirley." - Airplane
Ronnie is an exceptionally talented Video Editor at Wallbreaker and is responsible for making the very best of every project we undertake. He works tirelessly to ensure that our clients’ videos are clearly communicated and highly entertaining. Ronnie is also a talented motion graphics artist and can often be found animating elements for the video projects he’s editing.
As an Undergraduate, Ronnie captured Wallbreaker’s attention when he won the University of Lincoln LUMAS 2016 Award for Best Engaging Storyline for his 3rd year animation ‘Level Up’. Ronnie has a superb understanding of the workflow and quality standards that Wallbreaker prides itself upon.
When Ronnie isn’t at work, he can be found extensively trying to master his skills on the highly addictive vehicular soccer game Rocket League. Although he still can’t beat Luke. He also has a non-worrying obsession for ale and craft beers. Good man.

Tom leads the camera operation and cinematography on the majority of Wallbreaker’s shoots. He has an incredible level of technical knowledge and works closely alongside the Director and Producer to bring artistic flair to our videos. Tom is also responsible for lighting set-ups and camera systems; he can often be seen piloting our DJI Ronin gimbal with smooth technique and ease. It helps that he’s quite tall. As well as a strong level of technical knowledge, Tom also works as the Editor and Visual Effects Artist on most productions; making him an invaluable member of the team.
When Tom isn’t filming with Wallbreaker, he can be found (still filming) in various parts of the world. He’s also converted his spare bedroom into a board game library and likes to construct Neat Box organisers for said board games.
Our office is an exciting, relaxed and collaborative place to work.
Alongside imaginative thinking, you’ll also find a whole host of bonsai trees, Lego mini-figures, movie posters and a nice comfy sofa, because we like to make our space a comfortable one. At Wallbreaker, we inspire creativity and encourage originality. We are often praised for taking seemingly dull business concepts and communicating them in an interesting and cinematic way. We’re a highly ambitious company who always places our clients at the forefront of our ethos.
