Open Door is a fast growing network of independent property businesses who are specialists in residential sales. The company were looking for an innovative Facebook video advert to front their new online marketing campaign.
Looking to promote their online property auctions, Open Door were keen to commission a 40 second social media advert to be played on Facebook as part of a campaign aimed at people who were looking to sell their property. Our creative team came up with the humorous concept of using an extravagant auctioneer character to lead the video. Throughout the advert we see our fictitious auctioneer comedically lead a large number of online property bidders through a small house. At the end we reveal that the live auction is actually taking place online and that the former chaos of the scene was actually a visual metaphor for the ‘better way to sell your property’.
