Welcome Break are a large chain of motorway service stations that boast over 25 sites across the UK. They work closely with big brands such as: Starbucks, KFC, Burger King, Pizza Express, Pret, Harry Ramsden, Subway, Tossed, Waitrose, WHSmiths, Ramada, Days Inn, Ecotricity, Tesla and Krispy Kreme.
Since 2016, Welcome Break have integrated a new training programme within their workforce, called The Famous Five.
The focus of this new training programme is to improve the journey customers experience when visiting Welcome Break sites.
A year after its inception, Welcome Break commissioned Wallbreaker to interview a member of staff at each of the franchises in their sites to see how successful The Famous Five has been in achieving their customer service goals.
Welcome Break is an exceptional business, in regards to how it genuinely treats it’s employees as people and not as numbers; therefore we wanted to do something different with this video by capturing the personality of the interviewees in unique intro and ending sequences, which resemble behind the scenes footage.
