We are excited to announce that we have been commissioned by Tim Lovejoy and Distract Ltd to produce a new web series that focuses on health, fitness and mental wellbeing. Each episode will feature a celebrity guest who will bring their own insights and share their perspective on navigating life. So far we have filmed two episodes with television presenter Jason Fox from SAS: Who Dares Wins and world champion sprinter, Iwan Thomas MBE.
The aim of this web series is to be much more than simply chopping food and chatting to people. The topics discussed have been selected to motivate viewers and share insight into what can be done to strengthen personal, physical and mental development.
We are still in the early days of production, collaborating closely with Distract Ltd and have several more episodes to film. We look forward to sharing them on this blog and on social media, as and when they are released.
