Despite its significant contributions, ULHC faced a challenge: many in Lincolnshire were unaware of the charity’s existence. To continue providing critical support to the NHS, ULHC needed to boost its brand awareness and encourage more fundraising.
Recognising the power of storytelling, we created a poignant film that wove together multiple narratives from the hospital. Real patients and NHS staff were featured, bringing authenticity to the emotive scenes. A specially written poem and a gentle soundtrack added depth, crafting a film designed to resonate with viewers and encourage shares on social media, thus amplifying the charity’s message.
The film struck a chord, garnering over 25,000 views within the first day of release and significantly growing the charity’s social media presence. The local community embraced the film, actively engaging with and sharing it. Now, it’s a key part of ULHC’s outreach, displayed in hospitals, at charity events, and online, helping to secure the funds needed to support the NHS and its invaluable work.
Wallbreaker were an absolute dream to work with. From the initial brainstorming to receiving the finished product. The team were friendly, dedicated and respectful of filming in a working Hospital environment, involving staff, patients and volunteers. They were also respectful of information governance suggestions regarding patient details and ensuring none of this were captured. When receiving versions of the film in the editing phase this was an easy and seamless process, taking suggestions, providing options it really was a great process. The final version was the type of thing I had imagined, capturing all of the different elements a Hospital Charity can cover and squeezing this into a 1 minute video. Absolutely spellbinding and I cannot recommend Wallbreaker enough.”
